Not all fiberglass pools are made the same way. Many manufacturers spray chopped fiberglass from a gun and glue the pieces together. San Juan doesn't. Every shell is 100% hand-laid — multiple layers of fiberglass mat and woven roving bonded with vinyl ester resin, then finished with laminated structural reinforcement ribs around the outside for added strength. The result is a one-piece, satin-smooth shell that's stronger, more durable, and proudly made in the USA.
